Beauty no camera can capture
Of the waters and lands
An undeniable creator
He holds us in those very hands

And it was good

The nature we admire
He spoke them into existence
His words are stronger than fire
We run but still He's persistent

And it was good

The earth is His fingerprint
Anyone could recognize
It's a way we identify Him
Impossible to deny

And it was good

He made us a home
A declaration of love
We are never alone
If we only look up

And it was good

He goes above and beyond
To grasp your attention
To show you His powerful love
For each and every person

And it was good

His love is fierce like a lion
But gentle as a lamb
He loves you, no matter where you've been
Now with the victor you can stand

And it was good

The beauty that was created
In His mind before the beginning
He already knew who you were
As if you had always been living

And it was very good

During church, the message was about the simplistic fact that God created the universe and how clear it is to give God the glory. When I go on walks, I'm almost constantly in awe of how beautiful the world is around me and the fact that God designed everything we see. It's intricate, beautiful, and . . . very good.
